Booked 1 night at this hotel because it supposed to provide free shuttle to the airport. When we wanted to book for the shuttle, the shuttle is already fully booked and the next one wouldn't be available until 1 hour later and it was too late for our flight. They should provide more tyan 1 shuttle available to book.

Nice location. A person can walk to a shopping center about ½ mile away that has everything. BJ’s, fast food, etc. Place and rooms are clean. Pool is very small. It has a small bar/restaurant combo in the lobby whose staff was overwhelmed during Happy Hour. The Hotel however is surrounded by busy roads which you can hear through the walls. Lucky there was a sound machine in the room to drown out the noise. I wouldn’t stay more than a night or a few. Checking in was horrible. Our flight got in early. We were at the Hotel by 9am. Now I understood that they couldn’t check me in, but the young girl at the Front Desk (Who had a name tag that showed her name and also said “training”) took my name and phone number and said she would call when the room is ready. She went on to say that it would be around 2:00pm because she isn’t allowed to check anyone in before that time. I was number two on the call list! My wife and I left, took the short walk to the shopping center and ate at a fast-food restaurant. Finally, we came back around noon, and the lobby was packed with early arrivals. My wife and I decided to hang out at the pool. Finally, around 2:00 I went into the lobby and noticed no one was there! She checked everyone else in but us…she never called. I went up to the desk and the same young lady said…”so, are you ready to check in now!!!”. I almost lost it! But since I was exhausted, I just said, “I was ready by 9am, why didn’t you call me?” She ignored me.

The room was clean but the bed was bad. My husband I both have sore backs today. The pool wasn’t clean and doesn’t really get any sun and there weren’t enough towels or lounge chairs. The breakfast was $16 each for what is usually a free breakfast at other hotels. The elevators smelled like burnt rubber and made bad sounds.

The room had a very nasty smell like cheap cleaning priducts. There was no way to regulate the temperature it was either cold or swampy. There was one packet if coffee fir our 2 night stay. The Happy Hour was a great odea but fell flat with only one bartender trying to serve everyone.
