Disappointed Repeat Stay – Not Worth the Upgrade
I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and unfortunately, both experiences were frustrating for similar reasons. During my first stay, the refrigerator, coffee maker, and AC unit in my room were all broken. I decided to give the hotel another chance, assuming it was just a one-time issue. Sadly, that wasn’t the case.
On my second visit, the refrigerator and coffee maker were again not functioning, and the bathroom light constantly flickered, which was both annoying and concerning. The hotel advertises that bathrobes are provided, but I’ve yet to see one in either stay.
For my second trip, I specifically booked a King Deluxe room, hoping for an upgraded experience. However, there is absolutely no noticeable difference between the King Deluxe and the standard King room—definitely not worth the extra cost.
Unfortunately, I already have another stay booked, as I had hoped the first visit was just a fluke. At this point, my expectations are low. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you're expecting a reliable, well-maintained room or if you're paying extra for upgraded amenities that don’t exist.
