The breakfast area is way too small to accommodate guests.
We waited an uncomfortably long time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, then the driver had us go meet him at another spot (one level up) in order to get in the van because the traditional airport pickup area was “too busy” according to him. We had folks with limited mobility and explained that, to no avail. We then had to go back in the building, up one level, then wait another 20 minutes (driver said it would be five minutes) for the van. Then, once we boarded, the driver did not say a single word to us. This shuttle drops off at two hotels right across the street from one another, and we ended up getting off at the wrong hotel because there was no explanation or response from the driver. We booked this hotel with a shuttle so that airport transportation would be easy, and the whole experience turned out to be a hassle that seemed to drag on, after a long day of traveling. We were disappointed.
The hotel is nice; the room was great, but getting there would have been 50 minutes faster in an Uber, which we could have done at any number of hotels.
