Front desk and shuttle staff were very courteous, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast staff were gruff. Best thing about the breakfast was the yogurt and fruit, the cooked items were dry and overdone. Toilet seat in room had one side detached and up to when we left had not been repaired although it was reported upon discovery.
