I simply love that place, since you interact with the staff at the check in, two blocks from the beach at a lot of amenities just close by.

The room had everything that she would need for a stay, even with children. We were the first floor, so there wasn’t a good view, and we couldn’t get a lot of sun. Some of the windows were covered. In the morning, we would hear the trash being picked up at 6:55 AM. I would definitely recommend getting the pool view room.

We had a great stay here! So close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The only complaint is the floors didn’t seem mopped and we had a few small cockroaches in the kitchen (but we know that’s hard to prevent in FL). We would come back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An amazing stay right on the beach! I booked a night at the Beachfront Boutique Hotel in Hollywood Beach through Expedia and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spotless—super clean, with fresh linens, comfy beds, and way more space than I expected! You really can’t beat the location—just steps from the sand and all the action on the Broadwalk. Perfect for a relaxing night or a beach getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay they do need to upgrade their mattresses. I felt like I was sleeping on plywood with a sheet over it. But besides that everything else was great short walk to the beach restaurants all over the place.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites. The entire hotel is in serious need of remodeling—from the bathroom and lighting to the furniture and window coverings. The overall cleanliness was not up to standard, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. One of the biggest issues was parking. Guests are required to pay $20 per day to park in a garage instead of the hotel providing its own parking options, which is frustrating and inconvenient. There were also security concerns—the door was both open and locked at the same time, which made me feel uneasy. Overall, the experience was not worth the price. For what they charge, it would be better to spend a bit more and stay at a quality hotel. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
