Room was clean. Furniture old & beat up. Sofa bed in living room very squeaky. Refrigerator made ticking noise, annoying when trying to go to sleep. Window air conditioner loud, no tv in bedroom. Pool water was cold, not heated. Staff was friendly. Location very convenient for boardwalk & beach.

Great Value.

Very nice clean room super close to the beach. Nice mini fridge with freezer. A great value for the money. The late check option was very much appreciated.

Disappointing

Positives: Location, complimentary beach chairs and beach towels. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating Negatives: Room in poor condition. Bed sagged in the middle. Closet door broken and front door didn’t really close properly. Bare bones supplies in kitchen;only 2 coffee cups for example. Absolutely no place in shower to put soap or shampoo??? No security as far as I could see and housekeeping showed up late in afternoon so declined it. Definitely way overpriced for basically a 2 star Motel

Nice clean place close to beach.

We had to arrive after check in when the office was closed. It was very difficult to find the correct buildings in the dark all while trying not to have the car towed while figuring it out. But eventually figured it out, albeit stressful. Easy fast walk to the beach. Room was nice. Only stayed for a quick night and got a deal on the price. Would stay again.

You get a decent room for the price thats right by the boardwalk and beach. Can't beat it. I would definitely stay here again. I usually will stay at Hollywood beach and suites. I'm glad I tried something new.

I started off so excited about the packaged deal I got with my flights. It said the place is clean which was my biggest ask. I need a bed and a shower otherwise and was ok with it not being a large resort. However, when a pulled a dress out of my luggage and a bug that looks like a roach flew out, I was completely disgusted and baffled. My friend arrived the next day and came to my room. She found another crawling inside the fridge and I will include that video if it allows me to. She also found more in the bathroom. They seem to come out more at night, which indicates to me again, it may be roaches ugh. You told another one the following night and I had to shake out all of my belongings before I left in fear. I stayed in room 93 and I had no doubt that mine was not the only one infected so it wouldnt have helped moving rooms. Im very disappointed and when I told reception, I was told “oh, I wonder what kind of bug that is. Sorry about that.” Very unprofessional and I wasnt offered anything in compensation.
