Amazing to have condo style with kitchen and separate bedrooms for kids . Rooms are dirty. Floors are disgusting . The elevator situation is terrible - sometimes waiting 20 min for an elevator.

Great Rooms; Terrible Elevators & Beach Access

There are only 4 elevators for an enormous condo building, which makes for unreasonably long wait times during peak use (often in excess of 30+ minutes). I’m not sure how they received approval to build this complex. Beach access is also terrible. A postage stamp shared by 3 large buildings. The rooms were fantastic, but nothing can overcome the elevator and beach issues.

Don’t trust them. Hundreds in hidden charges and wouldn’t provide a receipt. They said they would email the receipt so I provided it and never saw a receipt. They know how to scam you out of your money and you can’t do anything about it. I hate dishonest people and will never stay here again!

The 3BR unit was spacious, that was our only positive. The only food option is the pool bar, with limited hours. The added resort fees and valet parking cost makes this resort a costly stay with really no bang for your buck. Wait times for elevators and to get your vehicle are long. Lastly, the customer service was poor. We reserved a time for tennis and were told to stop down at the front desk before our allotted time. Once there, my husband and I realized that we left our photo ID in our room, therefore the front desk receptionist told us we had to go all the way back up to get our ID and come back down. When my husband said he had our room key along and can show that to prove we are guests, she replied with “well I have room keys too”. Instead of being understanding and verifying our name matching the reservation, she thought it was hilarious to be smug and sarcastic. Please don’t be fooled, if you are looking for a 4-5 star experience, this is not it.
