This little condo was exactly what we needed. The location was great, views were amazing. Had one little hiccup and Luci was very responsive. Having beach chairs, towels, and a cooler was so helpful! The weather wasn't very cooperative, very, very windy! Definitely would stay here again.

The location is 10/10, and the facilities felt very safe. You do have to pay to do a load of laundry in the shared laundry area, but the area was super clean and easy to use. Tons of beach equipment available for all ages. The host was super quick to respond. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but coffee, tea, and dishes were well stocked.

Location, location, location!

You cannot get a better location on the Boardwalk in Hollywood Beach - easy, flat walking distance to restaurants, bars and live entertainment. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is amazing. And you are steps from the waters edge as well! The building and condo are worn and are some tired looking, but the space itself was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed (refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, small selection of spices, extra towels, beach equipment, etc). The beds were SUPER comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! Overall I would highly recommend the space if you are looking for an amazing location to spend a few days. The permanent residents were very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely book this space again should the occasion arise. The host was very attentive and replied promptly when contacted.

Amazing beachfront

Luci’s condo is perfect for a stay on the beach. Clean and responsive to anything we needed or had questions. Pool was a bonus if wanted to get off the beach for a bit. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect getaway

The condo was great! Right in the heart of the Hollywood beach boardwalk. We did not need to rent a car. All the shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The beach is steps away and the heated pool was a bonus! We will definitely be back.

Luci was awesome in communicating including pictures and always responding promptly. Bed was comfortable. Everything was great! Beautiful view! Wish I could have stayed longer.

On the beach

Location, location, location!!! Wonderful location right on the boardwalk. Condo was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the elevator. There were a few instances where the elevator stopped working briefly, eventually it completely stopped and needed to be serviced. Luci was responsive and on top of the repair company. It was a pain for sure being on the 6th floor. It was more so with 2 family members that have mobility issues. We were lucky it was able to be repaired. Other residents of the building mentioned the elevator issue was an ongoing problem. I believe if there was a reliability issue with the elevator it should have been mentioned up front. If it had been and I didn’t see it then that is on me for renting but I don’t recall seeing anything.

Perfect location on the Hollywood Broadwalk and beautiful views from our 6th floor unit. This condo had everything we needed and Lucy, our host, was very attentive and quick in responding if I had any questions. I’m already looking to book here again next year!

Beautiful condo on the beach!

We loved our stay in Luci's condo, the location can't be better, right on the beach, there is restaurants and shops where you can walk to. It's clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our vacation. Next time I need to stay longer. Thank you so much Luci, you're an amazing host.

Construction

The apartment is fine. The building needs lots of help. The outside was undergoing substantial fixing and painting—right outside our windows at 9am. The elevator broke down and the apartment is on the 6th floor. It was fixed but the elevator was still iffy. The owner was terrific but the building’s problems are outside his control.
