Horrible mistreatment of Disabled!

Horrible!! The place isn’t accommodating at all! I am disabled and have a service dog for mobility. The hotel has no bin by the door and no accommodations for animals at all. Sign says no pets allowed but there are many. The front desk attendant left me standing outside with a bag of feces then told me to put it in an inside trash can or the dumpster on the other end of the property neither option was acceptable. He went in like he was looking for a bin and just sat playing around on his phone!

We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night upon finding our heat wasn’t working. I apparently left something in the first room - we saw housekeeping knocking on that door and let them know we had switched rooms, but if they found that missing item, they must’ve just thrown it away, as no one bothered to ask me. I had a couple of packages delivered to the hotel while we were there. Let them know at check-in that we were expecting packages. They never let us know when one arrived. We had to keep checking at the front desk. That seems like an area of improvement. Why put a phone in our room if you can’t even call to let us know we had something to pick up from the front desk? It was fine overall… An affordable place to stay for several days while visiting a new grandchild. The complimentary breakfast was sad, at best. Think chewy sausage and stale cereal… We probably won’t stay at this one again, although the night manager was very nice and helpful during our stay.

No my cup of tea

The heater rattled all night long, the toliet ran all night long. The rooms are connected and you can hear EVERYTHING through it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall not bad for the money!

Checking in was very easy, the room was nice. My friend tried to turn the TV on and couldn't get a station on the TV. It kept saying no signal. We had an event we were going to so I unplugged the TV while we were gone and then plugged it back in when we got back and it was fine. The shower in the bathroom is large and nice! The lighting in the bathroom can be a little bit better but it was all good. There was a microwave and a frigerator. There was a fold-out couch and a king size bed. Couple of things that stuck out to me, the ice machine is on the second floor and there is no signs around that say anything about where the ice machine is. I was on 3rd floor looking for it and then had to finally ask someone on the first floor. Breakfast in the morning, well if you like biscuits and gravy you will get biscuits and soup gravy. It was very watered down. Otherwise the breakfast wasn't too bad. You had choice of cereal waffles biscuit soup gravy and tater tots, yogurt, toast, muffins, juices and milk.

The bathtub faucet leaked and never fixed. There was dirt on the sheets and headboard. The breakfast was burned most mornings. The staff did not seem worried about the concerns. The phone did not work to call down to the office.

Yuck!

Our fitted sheet was spotted with blood. When I called downstairs, the front desk agent told me to get a sheet out of the closet and change it myself. Also, the mattress on the sleeper sofa had a large pizza sized stain that looked like someone had diarrhea on the bed. After I suggested that they send someone to put clean sheets on the bed and swap out the sofa mattress, they offered to move us to a new room, which turned out to be cleaner. Breakfast was free but left a lot to be desired. The “coffee” tasted like water. We ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would!!!! I was told I couldn’t ask for extra towels, couch is filthy!!!! Rusted shower head! Omg the toilet was terrible!

Old poorly maintained facility

Ageing hotel struggling with maintenance. Our room did not have a shower curtain. Toliet did not flush properly. Had to set thermostat at 88 to stay comfortable in the room. Breakfast was provided but hot eggs sausage and tater tots was barely warm. On the upside bed was comfortable.
