No airport shuttle from Love Field, air conditioning in room didn’t work, every 5 minutes I had to adjust the temperature to get it to come back on. I was a late check in informed front desk I was needing a late check out. Lady told me ok. Got up the next morning ran an errand at 9am & told the front desk again I was going to do a late check out guy told me ok. Ran errand came back at 9:45am laid back down & at 10:30am and someone was beating on my door asking me if I was check out. I said I have a late check out and it’s not even check out time if I was checking out at 11am.

The hotel itself was well clean and the room was freshly clean (no signs of dust and indication that room hasn’t been cleaned). The staff was very kind and responsive to requests. The only misleading information was the breakfast, as it was a sack bag (brown bag) that included yogurt, juice, granola bar, and other snack like items. Was in hopes of the classic free continental breakfast but I can understand the cost of ingredients on a daily basis would take a toll. Nevertheless, was an enjoyable stay.
