The room was not ready by check in time, 3:00. However they were sold out the night before, so I am sure it was probably a lot to do in little time. Also, the room was not very clean. Both sets of sheets had stains and the carpet had not been vacuumed. We found old fries and hair rubber bands lying on the floor. The location was fair. If you are going to the Stockyards, I would definitely recommend staying at the Stockyards.

The staff was nice and hospitable, the room was clean, and the warm cookie was a nice touch. The toilet paper roll holder was broken, the sink drain was popped out (and I had to fix it), the hangers were set to the side of the dresser with nowhere to hang them or our clothes (no closet rack), and I attempted to contact the management with no reply. Better than a three, not quite a four. My fiancé and I agree, 7.5 out of 10.
