Always nice and friendly. Breakfast was a beautiful and delicious spread. Vivian is our favorite. So friendly and accommodating. Roof top bar is just the coolest oasis. Paying for parking is new but I get it, parking is a systemic problem in the city.

This property was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Only issue was paying to park. I didn't understand why??? No valet and the parking lot was open and not secure
