Facilities and staff were nice. Was not aware overnight parking was additional charge, $42 per night for 2 cars. If you go through each tab on their site, it’s disclosed. But who does that? Room was nice and clean. TV or remote was glitchy, frustrating. Roof top bar was nice, food was good. Staff were nice, but very aloof about service. Overall, a bit overpriced, especially having to pay for parking. I don’t regret staying there, but doubt I will again ✌️

I booked a room with 2 queens and was given a room with 1 king. I immediately returned to the front desk to rectify the error- at first they informed me that hotels.com told them I booked a king- (and that they HAVE to give me what they were told) …despite showing them the actual confirmation- later they told me they overbooked their 2 queens. The front desk staff was indifferent and clearly didn’t care. I took it up with hotels.com who informed me they indeed sent info about 2 queens to the property. I have never had this problem before- so I assume it was on the property.

Overall our stay was great! Next time we would like a room overlooking the parking lot instead of the street. It was a little noisy at night for us. We were disappointed that we had to pay for parking as it was not mentioned on the details beforehand.
