The stupid beds are on a metal platform that makes terrible popping and banging noises. There is also a loud popping or banging noise that comes through the entire room. 🤔

Cover from bed was disgusting dirty with dry blood. And when I informed front desk they told me I had to do it myself since room service was not available. Loud noice from remodeling and alarm system going off.

Room was pretty good does have microwave and fridge but no coffee pot in the room unfortunately they also advertise complimentary breakfast but only had cereal and yogurt along with a few juices and coffee but was quite disappointed by the lack of what was suppose to be offered. There is however a Waffle House up the street which was wonderful and walking distance from the hotel so location is great.

The room was extremely neglected and dirty. The front desk man was not helpful. For example, we stayed 3 days. On the second day, I asked for clean towels, but he said I needed to go back upstairs to retrieve the used towels before I received any more!! Bad experience will never go back!!!

Staff was respectful, knowledgeable. My only hang up was breakfast was not what I thought it would be. The coffee was at least good. And there was places to eat out at. I wish there was a pool and a hot tub but due to the pandemic they became permanently closed. Now it's a pile of trash outside and dirt covering the once pool and hot tub. My window was overlooking, so had my blacked out curtains drawn the whole time, wasnt a pretty view. I came to Texas to explore not to stay inside the hotel all day, so for a place to rest my head, it was a good spot. Great ac, kept the room cool. The smell of smoke or whatever smell was in the room when I entered, don't know what it was, but after the first day, I either adapted or tolerated. Again, came to explore Texas not to stay in the room, so it is what it is. Affordable and gave me the chance to Uber around, done out, and even buy a few gifts with the remaining budget I had. 😊

First of all, we arrived, and the hotel was under construction. This information would have been helpful to know ahead of time. In addition, we saw bugs in the room. Someone came in and provided new towels and took out the trash but didn't make up the bed. Just not a hotel experience I have had before. The pictures online were deceiving. It's an old and unkept hotel. Bathroom has a lot of rust.

The staff was nice but you would be too towards anyone who would stay there. Or forced to bc there are no refunds. The construction in the early am was irritating and to top it off in the last day we were greeted by a roach. I was suggested this hotel through the app do I partially blame you too. And it was definitely not close to Crowley. More like 30 mins away which meant more money spent ... Thanks guys 👍 will take my chances on something else
