Not a good hotel - unsure how their ratings are showing as 4 or above. Black mold, no working air-conditioning and so loud to keep the window open blocked and broken shower which had someone elses cut hairs coming back up into the shower, gross kettle 1 ridiculously small and 1 ridiculously large pillow - both very uncomfortable and no protectors No laundry No 'do not disturb hangars'. Hotel tried to take a copy of my passport too, no law in Germany requires this and it is against the GDPR for them to store your passport copy for 1 year. Avoid.

Clean, comfortable, able to regulate temp in room easily. Noisy at night until night crowd goes to bed but not bad really. Around the corner from Christmas Market and all the churches and museums! Listening to all the church bells at once is magical. Loved our stay. Be prepared to walk a bit from the train station though…

The pillows and sheets were covered in hair, the rooms were dirty, and there were stains in the toilet (which could have been cleaned if proper effort was made). When I brought this to the attention of the gentleman at the front desk (likely the night shift staff), he was extremely rude. While he did change one of the rooms, his attitude was unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wow. This hotel is much more rundown than I had anticipated. At over $400 per night. I expected much more. While I didn’t have any negative issues, I would say that not having a deadbolt on the door made me feel very unsafe as a single traveler. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a hard pass. All in one body wash shampoo in bathroom. Yikes. Vending machine for water and wine. To be honest prices in vending machine seemed very reasonable.

Great Location – Safe, Quiet, and Convenient

It was in a safe, lively neighborhood within walking distance of the Christmas market and easy to find from the subway station. The area felt safe to walk around, and it was quiet at night.

I came for 3 days business trip to Frankfort, from the moment i received the room i saw that the mattress is old and sinks in the middle, the metal spring hits my back. I went to complain to the guy in the front desk, he came took pictures and send to manager and claim it will be fix tomorrow. Long story short,every day they came with different excuses,never replace, didn't refund my money. The room wasn't clean, the staff didn't care about it. Don't waste your money staying in this hotel. BTW,I called to Expedia customer service, they didn't do anything about it.

Location only great thing

Location was great. Minutes from the train station, all sorts of restaurants around. Aldi is really close. Check in was just fine. Matress was utterly gross, all sorts of stains. Shower was good. Fridge worked.

Simple in fantastic location

This is a basic hotel in a great location. The rooms are small but clean with comfortable beds. I had no issues with any noise disturbance and if you are not looking for anything luxurious the location can’t be beaten.
