The property was fine. Clean, easy to find. When I went in to register, the desk clerk was not friendly. The police came in while I was there. Apparently, a homeless person had come in and gotten a cup of coffee. She had called the police.

Too much in pending charges on my credit card

They locked up $250 in pending charges during my stay. I had no hot water the 1st morning, so I had a cold shower. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.

Was a nice place to stay, and convenient for walking to fast food restaurants close by. I recommend this hotel if you need to stay somewhere the night before a cruise from New Orleans. Front desk staff was very friendly.
