My staff was put up there for work. Their truck was broken into, there was crackheads doing meth in the area, one of the rooms smelled like mold and roaches everywhere. We have photos of all of this and would like a refund.
My employees truck that was broken into while staying here.

This place has been a life saver for me over the years. When I need a place to stay for long periods of time or in a pinch, it’s affordable, convenient and you couldn’t ask for a better location. There are 3 grocery stores to choose from, and fast food galore. The staff is very accommodating and the grounds are kept tidy. I am so grateful this place exists, it’s the only way to go if you are on a budget like I am.

Not Safe

I feel like this review is more about Fresno than this specific hotel. But I still think I need to be said. Lots of folks who live here will tell you Fresno is relatively safe, except for a few blocks. This hotel is in those one of few blocks. Not only that, but I’m pretty sure this hotel caters to the homeless and gang members. I mean, I saw a gang member full of tattoos checking out a room as I walked into the office. Constant screaming and yelling outside my room. Not feeling safe as I try to make my way towards the nearby grocery store (the hotel is weirdly placed in the very back of a seemingly unoccupied but large parking lot. You can’t exactly be lowkey if you’re trying to walk anywhere. Felt like I was about to be jumped when I left to get groceries. The room itself? Couldn’t tell you as I left the first 2 hours after I arrived. Didn’t feel safe to be there even for a night. The room was… okay in terms of cleanliness. Kind of what you expect out of $50 a night. It was just so run down, and the slight smell of marijuana in the room, as well as the extreme smell of it in the elevator was repulsive enough. Anyways, no disrespect to the honest people working here, they’re just making do with what they have. But I would seriously never consider staying here ever again.

First off the stay was horrible. I leave to get some food. I come back the police are there someone got stabbed crime scene almost couldn’t get back to my room. The the morning comes I had extended my stay I spilled my coffee and the man at the front desk acted like it was the end of the world. And they charged me for cleaning it up with the towels. Never will I stay here again.
