Rooms were half decent for overnight stay while passing through. Staff was great. Hotel did seem to rent out for longer term living. Not opposed to that, but windows were open and no curtains where you could see half dressed people laying in there beds. Maybe AC was out, but that raised some red flags.

There was no shampoo in our bathroom and I didn’t have any with me. That was a big disappointment when I was in the shower. I did leave a note for staff. Check out was at 10 and we left our room around 8:45 to check out the fitness area and our card would not let us in. Then when we got back to our room we couldn’t get in our room. It’s probably because it was the day we were scheduled to check out, but we had not officially checked out yet so I was disappointed in that and had to go down to the desk to have our cards reactivated. The freezer definitely needed to be defrosted as well.

Place was nice and quiet. The room could have been cleaned better. Shower head seemed dirty and cold of been cleaned. First night was quiet, second night was a bit loud then quiet down. Was very close to PA state line so worked out for my family and I. Breakfast was not great. Only had waffles, bagels, and fruit and Juice. The tables weren’t really being cleaned up after people ate. So we had to clean up to be able to sit down to eat. Was no sausage, or any protein with what they had. Need to step these things up. Pricing is amazing. Staff was nice no bad encounters.

The only real complaint we have is that there is no way to select a channel you want to watch on TV. Let's say you want to watch NBC. You scroll using the up/down until you see NBC (channel 6 if I remember) and choose it. Well, you just selected SCIFI or something else. Very frustrating. We finally had to stream from our phone to TV to watch what we wanted

The pictures on the website must have been taken when the hotel was new. The bathtub was horrible. The caulking around the tub was moldy/stained. The mattress are old with the spring sticking out on the side. The place is in need of a remodel and deep cleaning. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.
