It was an excellent trip except we don’t like the comforters that seem to be a staple in countries overseas from the US. It is hard to sleep since the comforter is too hot and without is too cold.

We loved this hotel - beautiful world elegance and stylish appearance , our suite was tastefully furnished however our bathroom door was quite loud to close late at night when you don’t want to wake your partner ! If you don’t like noise at all this may not be for you / we could hear the rumble of trains underneath but it never bothered us

Really nice hotel in a convenient location. The staffed worked hard to make a room change to one with a walk-in shower but none were available for the dates we required. The tub has a high side to step over and the tub is slippery. Need a mat or something to prevent slips and falls. The staff is amazing!

The Grand hotel was lovely. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They had extremely helpful ideas when we asked about restaurants, transportation, shopping and sightseeing. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Wonderful! Rooms were very comfortable and all the usual facilities including robes & slippers were provided. Staff were delightful, very helpful at every opportunity. Fantastic location, very close to shops & restaurants and tourist spots. Cocktails were excellent. We ate out at local restaurants so can’t comment on the food.
