Excellent location with many options to enjoy. Loved waking up to the view of Pleasure Pier and the beach. The parking situation is horrible. You have to pay to park in the parking garage on the north side of the property and cross the street, the lighting is limited. Coming back to the property at night isn’t typically what I would call safe especially if you’re alone.

We had some problems.

Location is great. We had a few hiccups. Had to tell service we needed two blankets and first said they probably couldn't, went to desk 4 more times before getting them. Were none in room at all to be exact at first. I am allergic to Chinese Memory foam and mattresses have it. I had to sleep on couch with no blankets first night before asking and finally getting them 5th time. Had to go to desk, because room phone not working. That didn't get fixed before leaving. Problem with getting in and out of parking garage. Scanner not working as should. It should have been maintained to do so.
