Quaint renovated hotel nicely located in the center of Galway. Street parking only, which was relatively easy to find and free overnight from 6pm to 8am. Friendly and helpful checkin staff. Walkable to all the top attractions and main drag. Lots of good restaurants nearby

Made a mistake with this ‘hotel’. A hotel, to me, has a lounge, a bar, a reception area, parking, etc. This place had none of these and I failed to check before booking. The room was very small (there are references to this in other posts, but I didn’t realise how small the rooms were). It’s more like a glorified hostel. If this is all you want then the place is fine, clean and tidy. Not for everyone. Wasn’t happy about the dog in the corridor during our stay either!
One night, just to sleep. Small room, but all needed was around. Staff was very friendly, they helped us taking care of our bags the next day, and they were very communicative before our check in, very responsive. Location was very convenient close to the train and to the bar/restaurants area. All in walking distance.
I have stayed here multiple times as it is only a block from the coach station. Staff was very helpful and the rate was reasonable for what you get in return.

The property was central and walkable. The room was so small and the bed pushed up against the wall. No were to put cases and sounded like a washing machine got turned on very early. The front deft staff do t start until 9:00. We checked out at 8am but left glasses on the room. Came back within minute but front staff were not on duty until 9am. We had to hang around for an hour. Very frustrating. Wouldn’t return to this property. Overpriced and under serviced.
The room was very small and was boiling hot when we got there. There was no air conditioning and our only option was to keep the window open but the noise from outside was extremely loud all night.
It was very clean, lovely outdoor space, beautiful lounges with view to the gardens. Staff amazing, room great, very central. Breakfast was outstanding. Do not hesitate to book

Very small room, but good locations very convenient
Small hotel near everything! Walkable to all pubs/shops and the train station is 2 min walk. No added extras like a gym… and front desk closes at 9 but the rooms are clean and updated.
Raj on reception was exceptional. He went above and beyond for us. Such a lovely, warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. He even enquired the next day about my father who was in Galway for a medical procedure. Great asset to the hotel.
