The hotel itself is great. Customer service and front desk... not so much. They were not helpful at all. WE did love the security guard that was on duty. He was willing to help us with whatever we needed. The front desk was very frustrating to deal with.

OK Place, but not for a family

Common areas were clean and updated. Great breakfast and rooms were modern. The hotel reeked of weed, blankets and garbage were just laying in the hallways all day long and the pool was closed due to "maintenance", which is code for the lobby was being used for a conference. Staff was top notch.

Great place to stay

Pretty good stay my only issue was i was given an handicap room instead of a regular room which i had ask for but i can over look that. Front deask were amazing and nice, i would stay again
