The Overnight Staffer was great, very personable and helpful. Minor issues but as I was just there to sleep and go I didn't want to be nit-picky. The bed is old and worn out#209. Like there so kind areas of the bed. No wash clothe and wall paper pulling away from the walls. It was clean but needs renovations and updates.

The guy at the front desk did his job. I have stayed here a few times and it pretty decent and clean, the last couple of times now it’s been an issue, toilet not flushing, then am wasn’t working right in the July Heat!! Now booked for a Queen and got 2 twins placed Together. It’s sucks to know be updated on the conditions of any room, people travel and it’s not always easy, to have to find a place to say for the short time your visiting

Staff. Beware!! They wouldn’t honor my paid reservation with Hotels.com. This led to having to pay more for an alternative hotel room that by then went significantly up in price. What kind of hotel does that!! If they had a policy on longer term stays, they never should have accepted the reservation!

, When arrived around 3:10 pm I checked in the first room I got it didn’t clean yet. I had to go back to get another room. The second same thing. The third room was somehow ready but one of the pillows was not cleaned and sheets are dirty. There are Cockroaches everywhere. The hall has a blended cigarette and weed smell. At 3:24 am garbage truck making noise removing detritus. Anybody can open the back doors without using the hotel cards. There is no security camera anywhere. I have been going there for a year now it’s always been like this. Management doesn’t do any effort to clean the place.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk, we waited after ringing the desk bell. The room had a bad odor, there was a live cockroach in the fridge (it ran away before I could take a photo of it), the bathroom had wet urine on the toilet seat, the bottom of the shower was filthy.

Condemn It

I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life and I travel a lot! Carpets, walls, furniture all with stains. Furniture lumpy, including the beds. Looks like they haven't vacuumed ANYWHERE since Covid, which was the excuse the person gave as to why the place was so bad. Holes in the walls the size of baseball cards. They moved me to a second room, which was passable. I would give the first room a -5 and the new room a 4.

No staff at check-in—you must ring a bell. Hall carpets filthy and stained. Elevator unsafe and noisy. Bees in the stairwell near the 3rd floor. Room dusty with a broken shower head, dirty towels, stained bedding, ripped chair, and ants. My husband grabbed a towel that had false eyelashes on it! Emergency exits broken and left open. Parking lot dark with potholes. Gym covered in dust; restaurant closed. Overall, poorly maintained and unsafe. Would not recommend. Only plus short drive to good food and the palisades mall.
