This place last saw an upgrade in the 80’s. Huge room with old recycled furniture. Old tiny toilet, carpet is gross and the heater shook the whole wall when it ran. I wish I could’ve picked a better cheap stay.

Th location was perfect! Right on the river. We could hear live music from the back alley! Loved that! Large room with two sinks. Only thing was the room had a smell to musky smell. Just old and outdated. Shower was old and looked old.

The bathroom was seriously dated but it was clean and had what was needed. I loved the location. We got the room that overlooked the river and it was very spacious with a good size refrigerator and as mentioned before - CLEAN. The beds were also very comfortable. We have stayed there once before and will definitely be back.

The receptionist was not very accommodating when I realized that we did not get the rooms I had reserved, with a balcony and river view. She said "If I booked through a 3rd party, I wasn't guaranteed what I was getting". I have always gotten what I reserved through Hotels.com was my response. She would not make changes due to a youth sports group. The next morning the receptionist was very helpful to us and worked out a remedy to the inconvenience of the stairs and hill my sister and her husband were having to climb. The older part of the resort has no elevator and a steep hill to climb. Other than the one lady at check in, everyone was very nice. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, good pillows and fluffy towels. The breakfast is coffee, juice and packaged pastries not what I was expecting. You have to get your own towels from the front desk, once again I had to talk to the first lady, and she informed me of this. The location is the main plus for convenience of walking downtown. I am not normally this descriptive, but I was quite frustrated with some things. I

For $200 a night, we expected more. The curtains were stained, the tub enamel was chipped in several places, there was jewelry from a previous occupant under the sink, and the walls were paper thin. Our neighbors arrived shortly after us, also less than pleased, and we heard every word for our entire stay. Including bathroom habits. We were given one washcloth for two adults, three towels, and a bath mat. At check in we were offered a hot breakfast with discounted attraction tickets or a visa gift card if we “just visited a room at the main resort in case we would want to stay there next time”- a clear time share ploy. Just generally not the experience we expected based on other reviews.

Room smell like onios, room beside had a dog that was barking and would not shut up. There were a bunch off kids playing outside been loud and hitting cars parked there with a ball. There were no more rooms so we left at midnight.

The good abt the room and hotel was the location and the river view. The bad was having to kill a bug crawling on the ceiling and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The rooms definitely need to be remodeled.

The rooms were not as advertised in pictures. We were given the wrong room to begin with, when we entered the room there was a dead bug on the bed. We then got reassigned to what was to be our room we booked and it was supposed to be one of their renovated room, which was not the cased. The room was very dated and the tub was dirty among so many other issues. There is a door in between rooms and the neighbors were so loud we took an audio recording from across our room and took several complaints to the front desk. We ended up packing our vehicle that same night and left. Will keep posted on any and all refunds we requested and expect.

The rooms are dated and need some refurbishing. The parking garage leaks terribly. The heater at the lower level is up to high to see the control knobs.
