My review would be 5 stars for everything. The staff on site at the hotel were so wonderful. However, hotel management I would say also falls under this category. This unfortunately brings down this rating. I had a miscalculation of my return dates, and accidentally booked an extra night of my stay. I noticed this a couple of days before my departure. I contacted both CoolRooms and Expedia to get a credit back to my credit card. The management offered a credit for another stay with coolrooms. Which is not a possibility since I have no idea if I’ll be back to Spain. The next was to offer me a compt dinner meal. Which is nothing equivalent. 50 euro maybe compared to about 500 euro for a night stay. Which I chose not to take. I checked, and other premium rooms were available to book that evening. So a full booking couldn’t be a good reason. “Policy” was used as reasoning. Which exceptions can be made in “policy” reasoning when an honest mistake is made I believe. It is unfortunate that crediting my original payment could not be accommodated. Thus, reflecting on my 3 star review.
