4 rooms where dirty. The beds had hair in them and stains. The beds also appeared they were used and just remade. Sheets were not changed. I should pictures to the staff and they said they would clean a room for me. I left for the Holiday Inn.

We had a great stay at the Microtel. The room was updated and very clean! The hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly and efficient and it was a good value! They had a nice little breakfast in the morning with something for everyone. The “fancy water” in the lobby was a nice touch😊. We would definitely stay there again!

Please put an alert/warning on room keys, or holder, emphasizing keys are easily inactivated by contact with cell phones or car keys. I had 6 keys and 2 rooms. New desk attendant informed me why. !

Disappointing

The microtel has been our go-to for a quick trip to fingerlakes. No more. This was an awful stay. We were given a room #217- it was not cleaned from the last guest. ICK! We were given another room right away, with a “sorry about that”. Seriously? Where is customer service? The entire property is dated and the rooms were not really clean. So disappointed.

The lobby was clean and the coffee was good. The room was what you’d expect for the price. Light switch by the door didn’t turn on any lights and we had to turn on the bathroom light to see anything when we first entered the room. Aside from that it was a decent stay

Perfect Location

Excellent location for Black Friday shopping. Easy accese to malls, outlets and a varietyof restaurants. 24 hour tea and coffee was a bonus. Room was clean and comfortable although it is not very large. Breakfast was goid.
