Superb hotel & location with very friendly staff at reception. Breakfast was excellent & the Bosnian lady was always so friendly & kind providing a excellent service with a smile during each morning of our 10 day stay. The swimming pool & sauna was outstandingly clean. We would most definitely stay here again. Thank You. 10/10

A nice stopover

A great way to end a trip, as we were flying out of Zurich. We arrived late, yet front desk and restaurant went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Nearby gas stations to fill the car up at, en route to the airport. A quiet, safe neighborhood, and abundant paid underground garage parking. Hotel has access to a good civic pool. While I didn't notice any available air-conditioning, opening the big windows helped on the warm night. Maybe if I had gone to the front desk, they could've helped out with a fan, but a rainstorm outside made the falling rain and cooler accompanying temperature a pleasant night.

Very Comfortable Stay in Zurich Outskirts

Although I arrived in the morning, hours before the official check in time, a room (clearly an upgrade) was ready for me. Very comfortable. Good inclusive breakfast.

Great stay

Moevenpick is 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown Zuerich. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Everything is clean and perfectly maintained. The staff is very friendly. We have stayed here a few times and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Zurich.

visiting zurich from new zealand

during our stay at the geroldswil we found the staff to very helpful and well spoken in English. the two restaurants both offered beautiful food with the pizzeria having some of the best pizza I have had. also the area it was in was nice and quiet away from main roads and offering a nice choice of local shops including chemists and food stores

Was not happy that the hotel was far away and i had to pay for taxi's which became more expensive.

The actual hotel was great but the location was not. I had to pay a lot of money on taxi's just to get around. In fact, i am sure that i have paid same amount as my holiday just on travelling around. Breakfast buffet was great and lasted me towards late afternoon. There is a co-op near the hotel including a pizza place which were handy. Free internet was great as well in the hotel lobby. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Was a little surprised that everyone spoke german.
