Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort near Charleston, WV was very nice. We were happy with our room and the bedding was perfect weight for the summer. The room was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning system was very quiet and easy to change. The bathroom was great. The breakfast that was included was a little sparse. Would have liked something else hot besides the coffee.

Connected with the casino by a walkway, which makes it very accommodating; no need to step outside during one's entire stay! Staff is very friendly... unlike the slot machines! :):) Overall, a relaxing and good time!!

Fast friendly check in and the room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The casino had several things closed because we were there on a Tuesday and the breakfast was toast and cereal but otherwise a great stay.

The odor in lobby was like asian incense and there was a strong odor in the bedroom like old grease rancid. The staff was great and we could overlook the remodeling but the odors were offensive.

Newly renovated!

Have stayed at Mardis Gras several times since they opened. Staff much friendlier this trip.Love the renovations! Only complaints are: very strong smell of chemicals (carpet disinfectant?) In room which did not dissipate. Also, complimentary breakfast was sparse, not alot of choices.
