Glendale Ski Resorts

Fantastic stay before our return flight. We had to call the desk when our neighbor was playing loud music at bedtime, and they called them right away and we had no further issues. This will be my stay for any LAX flights!

This is a beautiful property and the staff make it a must stay.

The room was in excellent condition - I honestly couldn’t have asked for better at that price. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit shaky at times - and even with that, it did work overall, but the connection just wasn't as strong at times. I loved how neatly the bed was made, the room was spotless with a pleasant scent, and the streamlined virtual check-in and check-out process was both modern and efficient. Bathroom clean as a whistle.

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. I especially appreciated the housekeeping staff that helped me with my bags. I am sorry I did not get her name but it was at 5.15pm on the 8th floor and she would not accept a tip from me. If you can work out who she was please share my appreciation

Staff especially Durk was very polite and helpful I would definitely make CITIZEN M my go to for now on!! Definitely would recommend
