The room was great. Clean and well appointed. The staff were very helpful. My problem was with the overall appearance of the front desk area. When I walked in there were Amazon and other delivery boxes scattered over the entire floor of the reception area. This was NOT a good first impression. I assumed the rest of the hotel might be a problem. I thought it may have been a one time problem but the next morning the same boxes and more were there. It really ruined my vibe because first impressions count and I was disappointed. But when I arrived at my room I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, organized and overall a 5. Dinner was disappointing. The taste was excellent, the service good. However the food was served lukewarm at best. A real vibe killer. I was too tired and hungry to complain. I ate quickly and went up to my room. Would I return yes, if the front desk area was reflective of the rest of the hotel. First impressions count and could make the difference between a one time customer or a repeat customer. Because of the wonderful staff I would give it another try!!!!

Bait and switch.

Two days before our arrival we were informed that the category of room that we have prepaid far in advance was not available to us. We were then put in the room with one bed and one sleeper sofa as opposed to two beds. Not acceptable.

Our water was super hot. There was no cold water to help balance it out. We couldn’t stand under the shower and even our sink was the same. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

The property is close to the airport, which is good. There are shuttles to and from the airport. The residence was far from the actual city, though. Just keep that in mind for travel purposes as traffic is rough.

We loved our 2 nights here! Relatively quiet considering how close to the airport you are. Friendly, helpful staff, easy check in and out. Excellent buffet breakfast for $11pp, would stay again.

The lights in the rooms dont brighten the room. One of the lights in my room was dangling and it’s not suppose to. I thought the bathroom was nice however, there isn’t an exhaust fan in there.
