The hotel doesnt have any drive thru to unpack luggage. You need to enter to a ticketed/gated parking lot, park your car, go inside to look for a cart, go back to the car, put the luggage, take it to your room and they’ll validate a 30mns pass to the parking lot. When you book a stay in a hotel the minimim you’ll expect is to have bell man services or at least a drive-thru wherenyou can unpack your stuff from your car.
