Great hotel but the noise is overwhelming from the

This is a great hotel in terms of comfort and Aesthetics but it is almost impossible to sleep in any room that faces the airport as planes are taking off all night long and the soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. I got very little sleep so unless you're a very heavy sleeper I would not recommend this place

The gentleman who checked us in (Joan) was friendly, courteous, and professional. Congratulated my wife and I on being newly wed and gave us some insight on the Los Angeles area which was very helpful. We would stay here again if I knew he was working on our check-in day.

The power was turned off for an hour during the night, which made it difficult for me to sleep. I had an important interview the following day and didn’t feel well-rested as a result. I understand that the power outage may not have been directly under the hotel's control, but I believe the management should have taken some action or at least offered partial compensation for the inconvenience

The front staff especially Jason was very helpful. We had an issue with the first room we got but he quickly resolved it and gave us a corner room on a higher floor. We had a good view of the city. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing and suprisingly strong! Jason also helped us understand the parking procedures as we had friends come over for an hour. Again, thank yoj for the helpfulness. We also appreciate our shuttle drivers who helped us carry our heavy luggage. I just wish the shuttle could have dropped us at the front instead of the back entrance.

Pictures show room modern and it is a bit run down although clean. Bed quite comfortable and bathroom spotless. Grounds are clean. Self parking unpleasant as finding parking is challenging in the garage provided. I’d stay again.
