Staff was great. Carpet in the hall is worn, and frayed in the room. Also hyatt place always included breakfast so was surprised when it cost us $22.00 more since it was already a $200 room cost. Amenities were great. Had a late flight out were able enjoy all the facilities

The shuttle was so helpful getting to and from the airport. The staff at the hotel were so nice and professional. I also want to say that the rooms are amazing. I was on the second floor and you cant hear people walking around like other hotels. I would recommend this to place to all my friends. I will be back!!!!! 😀

Lied to me and told me I’d get my deposit back as soon as I check out. Failed to tell me there would be a 5-7 bank transfer fee. I called when I did not see my deposit returned and they said they had already sent it to my bank. I called my bank and they said they have not been sent the money and there isn’t even anything pending. I’m stranded hours from home and that $100 is all I have. So am stranded and no one will help me. I was hung up on and given the run around. Hyatt is horrible and they have the absolute worst customer service with complete disregard for peoples lives and money.
