Overall the hotel was great. The staff was nice, friendly and welcoming. The room and surrounding area was well maintained and clean. My biggest frustration was how loud staff and guests were. I could hear everything in other rooms, hallways and the worst part was some type of remodel was happening directly across from my room. I had understand that things need to be fixed but a heads up would have nice. I’m on vacation and really don’t want to have that loudness impeding on my enjoyment.

The lobby and front of the hotel is beautiful however the rooms are not. They are dated, dark and grungy looking. He toilet is my bathroom kept running for hours, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and we had to get an engineer in to fix the air conditioning more than once. Given what they charge and the location, the rooms need a lot of work and I believe the hotel should invest into this. We couldn’t use the amenities as everything was closed due to the Oscar’s. This should have been communicated when booking the hotel, not 2 days prior to checking in. Overall disappointing experience.

My daughter and I stayed at the W so we could attend Beetlejuice. The hotel is beautiful.

All staff treated us like royalty and I was very please and satisfied with our 2 day stay.

The a/c smells like piss when you turn on the heat

Staff was super attentive valet is expensive but expected the room was so tiny there was no space for the suitcase it was a good experience rooftop is pretty
