I requested a room with 2 beds when I got the keys and went into the room it was a king bed and it was 4 guest that was on my reservation I went back to the offices ce and got a room with two beds. These beds seems like they have guest previously and the bed linen was not change dirty dirty and stained. The wash room seems like it was worked on and the glue and other still was still in the washroom. Near the room door there were fog poo my husband almost pull his luggage in the poo. I will never refer anyone. The only good thing you get the shuttle to and from airport. I did booked through Expedia

The hotel was nasty dirty and had unsavory characters hanging around. The room was dirty and smelled awful. We felt unsafe but had already paid and didn’t want to loose my money.

The first room got changed because when we walk in the bathroom ceiling had falling down and the toliet was overflowing 156 then they swtiched me to 151 and that room wasnt occupied like someone was sleeping on it then we got 183 and that had roaches clawing around i left. I should get some of my money back

Very loud music, people talking and going in and out the room almost till the morning. It was just in front of the lobby and no body from the hotel did anything to stop them.

I checked in at 2am By 3am (1 hour later I had checked out and reported it to Orbitz on the chat. 1. Strong Marijuana smell in the room 2. Blood stains on sheets 3. Cockroaches in the room (this was the last straw) I took pictures and submitted them. Please consider issuing a refund. I tried working with the hotel staff. I was tired at 2am and didn’t want to go anywhere else. The staff gave me clean sheets. The staff also noted the strong marijuana smell. I didn’t want to get a smoking charge. (My wife and I do not smoke) but the cockroaches was the last straw. I will NOT sleep with cockroaches roaming the sheets and bed at night

Waste of money

For starters, the room was not in the best of shape. There was drywall that was starting to come off bathroom a little dingy went to the vending machine to get something and there was a puddle of water that I did not see, and I slipped and almost broke my neck When I brought it up to the front desk he just dismissed me like he didn’t understand what I was saying or did not care

Avoid at all costs!

When I first arrived, the front desk staff told me that I didn't have a reservation, even though I showed them my confirmation number and had called earlier in the day to let them know I would be arriving late and they had no trouble finding my reservation. After about 15-20 minutes, my reservation was somehow "found". When I arrived to my room, it was obvious that someone had been in it. One of the beds was unmade, the towels were wet, and there was urine in the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting. I was told that there were no other rooms available. My flight left in only 6 hours and it was well after midnight, so I slept on top of the covers in the made bed. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This property was so disgusting I don’t recommend this place at all it smelled bad the towels had hair on it they never brung me knew towels the rooms looked like if it was guna fall down horrible place !!!
