HOTEL FROM HELL

This was literally the hotel from hell, We left 15 minutes after checking in... It was disgusting both rooms were filthy, smelled awful, there was blood stains on the wall in one room and feces on the glass in another room. We were so appalled we booked another hotel immediately and left we requested a refund as it was so horrible. The property and hotels.com are both refusing to give a refund we will be getting a lawyer involved we have a ton more pictures, however, were limited to what we can upload. RUN do not book here

You don’t get what you pay for

I booked a room with a king size bed and got a smaller room with two full size beds. If i paid for a certain room, I want to get that room. It was so late that I didn’t even try to change the room. This was definitely not a pleasant stay.

Won't be back.

My husband and i spent 1 night here. The people in the room above us were very loud until 2:30am. The smoke detector began "chirping" in the middle of the night. Between the people noise and the constant beeping, we got no sleep. You get what you pay for here.

I booked a room for this past Saturday night and when I got to the hotel, they told me that I actually booked it for Sunday night, which wasn’t true. They didn’t have any rooms for Saturday night so I had to cancel my plans. And they still charged me for Sunday. Thank God for chargebacks. These guys are not honest

5/10 suited my needs for a short stay

The room had a weird oder, it was relatively clean over all but housekeeping is not wiping down surfaces very well. The night stand was full of a sticky substance and the same was on the floor. I had to wipe it up. The furniture is a bit worn out as well. The bathroom was pretty nice and was clean. I was on the backside of the building so it was pretty quiet. Overall it was ok for a short trip and just a place to sleep.
