Comfortable room in a quiet part of town

A good hotel in a quiet light industrial area of the town. Our room was very comfortable, and breakfast was included, always a bonus. Staff helpful and friendly.

I’m judging this property on it being a budget motel. I found the rooms to be very nice and modern. It’s not really located close to restaurants and bars, it’s basically in a neighborhood and business district. I was able to park on the property, they do have a limited parking but the area around the hotel is quite enough I’m sure there’s extra parking on the street. If you’re looking for a good deal on a hotel that’s not in the city center, I would definitely choose this one.

Staff at hotel Glinde were super nice, accommodating and professional. The family room was perfect - very clean and a lot of space. Breakfast was delicious too!

Good hotel for overnight stay .

Ok for a night . Just a room which does it’s job of just bring a room. Breakfast minimal. Nothing extraordinary. Parking just outside hotel . Safe. Cheap Roms for one night than go for it. Room clean. Shower with no complains. No restaurant in hotel but a greek restaurant close by is fine and in walking distance. Google it and it’s the first one which pops up.

Quiet area, very close to highway, free parking, tasty breakfast, good and fast internet connection. Room was very clean and cozy. Downsides: Not so many restaurants and shops nearby.

Stay here before the rates go up.

The hotel is new and the owner/manager is quite nice. Beds were comfortable. Pillows are huge, perhaps too big. Pros: stay there before the rates go up, nicd, safe hotel. Cons: there is a green light in the room (fire alarm) that is quite bright.

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage im Gewerbegebiet. Einzig im Frühstücksraum war es unerträglich warm und es war sehr schlechte, verbrauchte Luft! Ich war froh, wieder raus zu können. Ich werde gerne wieder in das Hotel kommen, aber ich werde dort kein Frühstück wieder buchen!

Das Hotel im Gewerbegebiet ist relativ ruhig. Es ist wohl eine Anlaufstelle für Montagemitarbeiter. Parkplätze vorhanden, jedoch relativ eng. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind allesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war zwar sehr klein aber absolut ok. Das Frühstück war nicht unser Geschmack. Es wurde zwar immer schnell nachgefüllt, die Wurst und Käse waren jedoch das allerbilligste was zu bekommen ist. Obst frisch, Brötchen alt. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten traf ebenfalls nicht unseren Geschmack. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ok und in 5 min. Entfernung befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.

Service beim Check-In nicht akzeptabel

Der Check-In war nicht akzeptabel. Angeblich war die Buchung nicht im System des Hotels. Anstatt dass das mit dem Buchungsportal geklärt wurde, musste ich mich rechtfertigen, dass ich überhaupt gebucht hätte. Man verlangte nicht nur die Buchungsbestätigung von mir, sondern ich musste sogar direkt an der Rezption den Beleg an das Hotel weiterleiten. Da die Übernachtung sogar im voraus bezahlt war, war das alles nicht nach zu vollziehen. Man steht unendlich lange an der Rezeption, bekommt kein Zimmer, muss den eigenen Rechner hochfahren, um zu beweisen, dass man überhaupt gebucht hat. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, alles sehr unfreundlich und nicht kundenfreundlich - ich werde hier nicht wieder buchen. Man fühlt sich nicht als Gast und willkommen, sondern scheint nur ein Problembereiter zu sein. Keine Sorge, es gibt ausreichend andere Hotels!
