Late check in despite being sat in lobby from lunch time, offered later check out of 1pm and two glasses of Prosecco to compensate. Shower not working, no hot water, staff willing to fix and attended room quickly once notified but should basic items like this not be inspected before hand!

Lovely hotel but the AC doesn’t work so had to keep the windows open and traffic was loud in the morning. Nice pillows, amazing amenities and great coffee in the room.
