The male bartender spilled extremely hot water all over me, DID NOT apologize, did not see if I needed medical attention, had literally zero remorse for spilling AND BURNING ME. This was the beginning of my trip and it ruined the rest of it. No incident report made and no contact from a manger for follow up. HORRIBLE
