Starting to look a little dated in the rooms. Reception check-in was good and still great location

Hotel was in a good location, parking was $65 per day which is expensive, but we used valet. I was so disappointed we couldn’t use the rooftop bar, which is why we booked 2 nights there. Being 8 of us we wanted to sit for a drink before going to dinner but it is only open Friday & Saturday night

Clean room, staff went above and beyond in providing services to guests.

It was a clean room. Close to everything. The outside noise was really loud and we checked in late and reception had forgotten to give us a car park fob.

Close and convenient to the convention centre

Blinds had gaps each side which let light into the room at night, aircon was the quietest I’ve ever had in a hotel
