The lodge reached out several times by text to offer assistance, directions or answer any questions a day before check in. Quick to respond with directions and answers. Older lodge, clean and staff helpful. Easy access to bus within park and restaurants and market within walking distance. Glad we found this place for our Grand Canyon experience.

Saw elk right outside our room window! Great access to food, buses, etc. Bathroom was extremely dark and socket by sink did not have power. Need some upgrades to rooms!

Perfect

Pleasantly surprised by the room. Little bit smaller than a standard hotel room. Clean comfortable beds and pillows. Large window looking out into the forest. Nice size closet area for food/clothes storage. The bathroom heater was divine after cold snowy hikes. Our room was conveniently located right next to the EV chargers, shuttle stop and the Yavapai diner/tavern and general store.

Great location in the park, especially when we saw the queues for people coming in and we didn’t need to do that. Accommodation was comfortable and has lovely views of Forest. Great shop that sold lots of things.
