Staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall great stay. The only major complaint I have is that with the number of people in our room, my husband and I had to sleep on the sofa pullout bed and that was probably one of the worse nights sleep I had. The mattress is extremely flat and worn down and should definitely be replaced. Other than that, we would definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful and the staff were courteous and helpful, however we’ve been home for over a week and still have not gotten my $100 damage/security deposit back. And there was no vending machine on any of the floors, only the little cafe in the lobby.

Very grand lobby with several a bit overly helpful employees. Very clean. Pool stayed open late so adults could enjoy, had a sauna too. Our room thermostat wouldn’t go to AC but the room was pretty big and a great layout with double counter kitchen area.

The staff is friendly and helpful. My daughter even accidentally dropped her phone down the elevator shaft while stepping on the elevator and the staff was quick and got it back for us. They are amazing!!!!

Free For All At a Nice Hotel

Incredibly loud, quiet hours not enforced. Crowds permitted to be in lobby area / common area partying until midnight or later. Kids from sports teams running wild and playing on the elevators the entire stay. Took away from other guests needing to use them.
