The sheets were dirty and there were pubic hairs all over. The covers had streaks of dirt on them. There were rodent droppings inside and outside the door. The room was so disgusting that we could not stay there and left to a different hotel. We asked for a refund and were told no. We were there for the NFL Draft and this was one of the only hotels available and they charged us over $700 for a room we could not even use. Expedia should be ashamed of offering a room on their site like this.

Cheap yet decent

Was a cheap place to stay in a pinch had a family emergency and needed a place. Was clean and semi quiet. Was awoken to sirens at 6:10am. Again not the hotel's fault. Would recommend you bring extra pillows for comfort.

So i went to check in and the lady said that we didnt need a security deposit because we booked online then booked again for the next night and was told i needed one so i didnt like how the employees wernt on the same page plus the room was filthy and the toilet didnt work i asked to move rooms and they were like ill see what i can do.Not to mention that we payed for a late check out and she refused to let us

Upon entering my non-smoking room, I was overwhelmed by a strong odor and discovered inappropriate paraphernalia on the floor. No cleaning supplies were available, forcing me to purchase my own. The bathroom reeked of smoke, and the toilet seat was loose, making it unsafe. Additional concerns include: Burn holes in the bedspread, blanket, and sheets Dust-clogged AC filter, restricting airflow Peeling furniture, a broken phone, and tilting coat shelf (a hazard) Crumbling exterior walkways and a neglected, dirt-filled pool Dog feces across the property and a crumbling parking lot
