The service was exemplary. Staff were all very helpful and cheerful. Location excellent, with easy access to surrounding attractions.

The hotel is very convenient to all of the shopping, restaurants, and Marina. It is very easy to get to every single thing that you need. There’s also a full-size grocery store with an easy walking distance. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and very helpful as well. The only item that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the hot tub. It definitely needs to be checked more often.

Centrally located, close to transport, beach, restaurants, marina and shopping centre. Highly recommend.

It was good

Loved everything, staff were lovely, very clean facilities and easy get around cairns, but the pool was just a bit too cold for the kids to enjoy.
