When we checked into our room, there was feces on the toilet seat in the bathroom. There were two tissues in the tissue box and the mattress on the pull-out sofa had large multiple stains (brown on the bottom and yellow on top), meaning both sides were stained. The mattress cover the hotel supplied also had stains on it. Needless to say, I could not allow my family, including two young boys, to sleep there. We left the property and checked into another hotel located next door. We were all extremely dissatisfied and disgusted. We love the Marriott Corporation and always choose one of their properties but what we experienced in Middletown Goshen, NY was completely unacceptable. I will be asking Expedia or Marriott for a refund or a credit for this awful experience.

Very convenient. Nice front desk employee but needed to wait a while for multiple people checking in. Loved the lobby/bar but did not have time to take advantage. My only complaint is that the option for breakfast should be described to everyone checking in.
