a solid choice in where to stay

Seemed recently renovated and upgraded. It's the more affordable choice in town but honestly just as good if not better than the rest. I have been coming to Greenport for the last 10 years and stay here often usually due to their better price. I have not been disappointed. The Harbor Front is a not about fads it's about function.

Nice but they should up their game

The hotel is nice and location is great for being right in town. The rooms are not that updated but they are totally fine, comfy, and nice sizes. Bathrooms are nice too. Hallway is a little depressing looking but I think they are mid-construction on it. One thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. Nothing seemed fresh and they offer you paper plates and plastic spoons. We stayed over a holiday weekend and paid about $800 a night, you expect a piece of fresh fruit and some nicer options at breakfast, when they say breakfast is included - it was stale pastries and jelly packets. Come on. Otherwise, pool is nice and well kept and the staff was lovely. But if you are going to charge so much, you need to offer the paying customers a little more.

Gem in Greenport

My wife and I love this hotel. Perfect situated in the middle of greenport village, walking distance to everything you want/need. They had renovations going on during the day but the hotel remained very clean, room was pristine. We stayed in a harborfront room with balcony, highly recommend, it was so serene! We had a wonderful visit for Mother’s Day. We will definitely be back again.

This was our 3rd stay at Harborfront. We enjoy staying here because the room is very clean and staff very nice. They offer a continental bfast, as well. Hotel is close to restaurants and wineries. April is considered off season so many of the restaurants/stores are closed and will open soon. We were suprised that we were charged a parking fee of 20.00 a night. I think if you stay at this hotel you should have free parking. Other than that, this hotel is a good place to stay.
