To use the washer, you have to download an app and use a credit card. Did not like this, There is a Laundry close by if you need it. There were no dryers available at all. The WiFi is available is very weak at best. Contact your provider for additional support if needed.

Check-in via ATM like machine by the entrance after 18:00 on Saturday. No front desk available after 18:00 on weekends and 20:00 on weekdays. However, the machine operated check-in process was easy process. We stayed at business apartment with full bath & kitchen. The room was larger than

The kettle had recently been cleaned with soap. Our drinks tasted of soap. You advertise a kitchenette and you did not leave some cooking utensils like a frying pan. There was also no detegent, dishwashing tablet or tea towel. Otherwise it was a comfortable apartment.

Quiet Neighborhood in Lichterfelde

This hotel is priced higher than many others in central Berlin. There is not daily housekeeping. You can rent a coffee maker for a couple of euros. It has a fridge and small cooktop. It is basically a tiny efficiency apartment that used to be a US Army barracks room. It is clean, comfortable, and everything works. I stayed there for the nostalgia/history of the place, and thought it was wonderful. I used public transit to/from the airport and for local trips. There is no English language TV. Internet is marginal. But I love this place.

One night in Berlin

I could enjoy the tranquil night. One thing I note is the reception is not open 24/7. The location of facility and the room was quite satisfactory. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Near to the facility, DM and Rewe marts are operating. Be informed. After 10 AM the reception will be closed. Checkout in time!!!

Stay at Berlin Aparion

The room was clean & pleasant. The minimal kitchen was equipped with two plates, two cups, two knives etc., a small refrigerator, two hot plates and an unnecessary dishwasher. There was free Wi-Fi access but no telephones in the rooms. Spacious laundry facility. The hotel is close to public transportation (buses); grocery stores are within walking distance.

Short stay for one night only without any extras. The Check-in and out times are not very convenient. Between 11:00 and 16:00 reception does not work and the hotel is closed.

Apartment is Nice and clean, quiet neighbourhood, little far from center but can manage with the transportation... Only no reception morning when you checkout, practically no service available!!!

Avoid room 445

Hotel with limited services. Reception is only open Mo-Fr from 4 pm - 8 pm. Also there are regular tenants in the hotel who complain about the noise of a hotel. Avoid room 445, because the regular tenant of 345, directly below 445, complains about any noise and threatens people with the police.

Nice apartments for good price.

Very nice and clean apartments. We arrived late so reception was close. We use the machine for check in but we can't find us apartment, because all information in the lift was in German. My husband walk around all hotel and find them the apartment on the end of building, so we have to use a another door and another lift. We have got very loud people over us (was loud to 2 am at night). Nice staff and good breakfast. Free Wi Fi. We'll back soon.
