Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean except for the shower. There was slippery yellow area around door stop on shower's floor. I reoorted it once but was never clean during my stay. I've encounter same cleaning issue in my previous visits. Over all, room is always spacious and clean.

The room was very hot and it had holes on the floor. The shower was dirty. The staff was good. The bells men that was there the day we arrive was Amazing, he helped us with everything and brought our luggage to the room and explained more to us about the room than the front desk. The pool was a disappointment and dirty. It smelled bad. I would not be staying here again. I guess they put me in the room they did because I did not pay the $400 plus dollars.

No me dieron mi 20% de descuento en el spa por ser gold member de Expedia y no me regresaron mi depósito y no contestan el teléfono. El cuarto se dejo limpio sin daños y dos veces se cobró, uno de $2,000 pesos y el de 1,000 pesos fue el que no se regreso.
