Great hotel

Overall brilliant stay with everything we needed, hotel was clean and staff friendly. Only thing that let the stay down was the room soundproofing - you could hear everything from adjacent rooms and above, especially with TV noise.

There is no chance of missing breakfast, as once it stops, brunch comes out, and when that stops, lunch starts...👍👍👍 All the amenities are more than adequate, with use of the Gym etc..... All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly .....and a big thank to Simon for making me well so welcome upon my arrival and throughout my stay....👍

It was a lovely staff. First of all, there was plenty of space to park the car. We were then greeted by a lovely guy at Reception and check in was fast. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Great hotel, food, service and location

Great location with easy access to the A55 North Wales Expressway. The 32A restaurant is outstanding - good value and excellent choice and quality of food. Highly recommend and will plan to stay again. Rooms comfortable, clean and spacious.

I had travelled up to attend a funeral in the nearby location, with the wake at the hotel, where we had a lovely buffet. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and I was made to feel very welcome, the food was very nice and well presented The Manager even carried my bags out to the outdoor seating area where my sisters were seated. I have no complaints

Very pleased

You know your in the right place when the car park is full. Restaurant food is excellent, place is spotless, lawns like bowling greens and staff were friendly. Safe car park and free parking. I'd stay again. Not disappointed, glad I booked it and I'd do it again. Hope your stay is as good as mine.
