The jetted tub was amazing & breakfast was good, However, we requested a late checkout, & room service still knocked on the door 11:04am & woke us up, just to say oh sorry. The fireplace was blocked off & out of service. The pool was dirty so we didnt swim like we wanted to. & there was no balcony available with a jetted tub.
