Need work on WiFi service!

The overall stay was still above average this visit. Looks like there’s been an employee change at the reception and group travel desk The WiFi service was awful. The WiFi would not connect most of the time (no matter what floor service you tried to use) and loose your connection consistently when you do get online.

An Amazing Hotel

It is simpky one if the best hotels we ever stayed in Sapa. Food is simple but veey delicious. They have very friendly and helpful staff like Jamie. Near the Train Street.
