Me and my Wife Rosy had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The location is excellent and made it very easy for us to move around and enjoy the area. What really made the difference, however, was the staff. The level of attention and kindness we received was simply outstanding. We would especially like to mention Rosie. We’re not sure if she is the manager or what her exact role is, but toward the end of our stay she took so much time with us, gave us a lovely souvenir, and even stood outside with us making sure our taxi arrived safely and saying by with his hands up to the end. That level of care is something you rarely see and we will never forget it. We also want to recognize Ana, who works in the buffet service area. Her attentiveness was remarkable. She remembered exactly what I liked for breakfast and would kindly ask if I wanted the same each morning. Such a great memory and such warm service. This hotel is not only a great place to stay because of its facilities and location, but because of the people who work there. They made our experience truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The rooms were clean and fully stocked with whatever you may need. But it is the staff that really stands out. They were truly amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and just constantly tried to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of dishes to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was the most amazing place, but mostly it was the most amazing people. The staff here is beyond AMAZING. They are attentive and helpful, they want to make sure you are eating breakfast everyday. They offer real options for you to go do (not selling you anything) just helpful. They can arrange trips though if you want and they host your luggage for you while you are gone doing things outside your stay with them. Mai is the Manager and I just love her. Her and her teams commitment to excellence really shows!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. But what stands out is Mai and all the staff in the hotel and I mean everyone of the staff. From the moment you get out of the taxi, until you leave the hotel, you are treated like their only guest. The patience the staff have with certain customers is incredible. The spa below the hotel in an oasis of calm in the centre of Hanoi. Lovely breakfast and rooms are immaculate. Stay here and you will never forget it.

The O’Gallery was outstanding from start to finish. Daisy and all the staff were amazingly attentive to all our needs. The rooms were clean and sparkling. Breakfast was delicious.
