The bathroom sink had toothpaste in it when we arrived. The heat/ac unit was broken leaving the room at around 78 degrees. A tech came at about 11pm but it still had difficulty cooling down

Air circulation in the room was absolutely horrible. Lowest setting and it was still hott. Both my kids broke out in hives swimming in the pool. Very dark in parking lot need more lighting. Everywhere you walked you smelt like pot.

There were ants in the bathroom and the bathroom was small also, the credit card machine is not available at the bar which I feel is a set up for you to be charged to your room deposit. The staff was very friendly and professional just the quality of the room. Specifically, the bathroom was not so great.

Pros: Friendly and responsive staff. Easy access off expressway. In room refrigerator. Free parking. All you can eat breakfast for $15. Cons: Thin walls. Noisy motor sounds periodically all night and day. Smoke smell in a nonsmoking room. Hot tub empty and nonfunctional. No complimentary breakfast. Unsecured outside doors. Housekeeping staff doesn't speak English.

Hotel is in bad shape, carpets in the hallway are gross looking and smell,the outside grounds need lots of work,the room wal clean,bed was comfy,the shower never got hot,to be honest I will never stay there again.
