Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work.

We left didn’t even stay…. Very unhappy completely disappointed with check-in then our room was disgusting, mold filled bathroom, spiders in the corner of the bathroom, dirty carpets, Raddison should be ashamed of this location. Unprofessional front in staff… complaining about a guest in room 106 that the bathroom is not working and the one staff member said what does she expect. We went to call the front desk to let them know our room was unacceptable and there was no phone in the room. My husband went down to the front desk and the staff member said she didn’t have the right to change the room. My husband and my grandson left at the time and told then to refund our room ….. how do I make sure are room was refunded? Plus I have pictures if you would like to see.

Service was horrible and my 1st night I had to leave my room and was outside due to someone smelling smoke and a guest reported they had to do the same thing earlier that morning. They put me beside a room which was under construction which I think was unsafe because of electrical wires being visible.

We had to get our key reassigned every time we left the hotel. On top of getting the wrong type of key twice at check-in. The hotel was fine, just very dated. Needs a refresh asap.

I like the quietness of the place. I actually left another hotel after several hours due to the loudness and smoking that was going on. I will return to this hotel again.

Floors and carpets were filthy. Stinks like mold when you walk in. Mold in the bathrooms. The amenities that are listed on the website are closed. Hot tub closed for good. Café/gift shop closed. The food in the café was months old. No 24/7 coffee or tea Front desk employees don’t answer the phone. Gave the wrong key cards to a room. Did not activate the key cards to use. Had to go back to the front desk. TV did not work correctly. The shower would get scolding hot in the middle of the shower and then got ice cold during the shower. Expedia should not have this hotel on their website. The outside had cigarette butts everywhere. Building is falling apart on the outside.
