Guy at the front desk was rude and provided false information over the phone. The hallway reeked of cigarettes and air freshener. The room was incredibly dirty with stains on the bathroom walls and hair in the shower. Floors with sticky and visibly dirty.

We really liked the staff at the front desk. Hari was very knowledgeable and helped us fix our reservation issue, room was very nice, clean & in good condition. Overall, it was nice & will stay again!

I’m a traveling nurse and very particular where I stay and inspite the horrible reviews, it was surprisingly good. The room was clean and quiet. We stayed 2 nights with no issues… the front desk was pleasant and professional, I would stay again!

I liked: -staff was very helpful and attentive and friendly. -staff got me a local taxi to and from the airport -was very quiet. -beds and pillows were comfy. -very clean. -I had low expectations and everything I thought it would be. It was conveniently located to the highway and near to the airport and to local restaurants and stores I needed to get to.

The property was clean, well-maintained. The staff was amazing; welcoming, cheerful, and very accommodating. I talked to a few of them, and they said that they were happy to be working at this independently owned hotel which says a lot about the owners and management that positively impacts the front-line workers.

My usual overnight stop on my motorcycle rides from TN. Nice early morning, great coffee, walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a convenience store. Short Uber ride to downtown

The man at the front desk should have warned me that the entire building was not heated and the rooms were so frigid that the in-room heaters would never get the temperature to a comfortable temperature. I put on every piece of clothing I had and slept with my coat on as well. Miserable! Had a super early morning flight so didn't want to find another hotel, last minute. I am going to ask for a refund. It's a health hazard. May contact the city.
