We were there on a pleasure visit. Staff is friendly and beds are very good. Clean rooms. Only complaint is the breakfast. Second stay there this year and eggs have been watery both times.

the heater was not working, i went back to the reception, the staff in charge instead of helping me find a solution she simply said the maintenance person is not there, the heater should be working instead of ofering a solution, I literally had to tell her how i could sleep in a cold room on a cold day and why she cant simply find another room, eventulayy she found another room on the gorund floor that was smelling, this is rediculous that you have a person in charge that was so unhelpful, the person in charge seemed inexperienced and needs training to be in the front desk dealing with customers

Clean room, staff nice

No coffee machine, they clean your room every 14 days, you have to log in to the internet every day (not just once for your stay) and you can only use 2 devices. The lights turn off automatically and you have to turn them back on, and you have to pay for cookware.
