We booked our room through Expedia I had paid for it in advance. We had NO AIR CONDITIONING at all in our room, no fan, nothing! It was 78 and miserable. At 1:20 AM we called the front desk and they sent someone right away. He couldn’t fix it and they had no other rooms. I contacted Expedia to ask for a refund. They contacted the hotel. The hotel said no, not even an offer for a voucher for another stay. And, even though I paid through Expedia and I’m sure they got a cut of the money I paid, they said that they couldn’t offer me a refund either. Then what is the point of using Expedia? I will never use them or this hotel again!

DO NOT STAY HERE YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE BROKEN INTO!!! ME AND MY FAMILY WAS HERE FOR SPRING BREAK AND THOUGHT DUE TO IT WAS A NICE HOTEL OUR VEHICLE WOULD BE SAFE AS WELL BUT NOT! NOT ONLY OUR CAR BUT 5 OTHERS AS WELL! ACCORDING TO POLICE THAT AREA IS KNOWN FOR BREAK INS, THEIR THERE VERY OFTEN FOR THE SAME REASONS!! ALL THE HOTEL STAFF IS GOING TO SAY IS ITS A PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK THTS IT THTS ALL,, NO TYPE OF ACCOMDATIONS AT ALL! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS OR ANY OTHER HOTEL IN THAT AREA!!!!!!!!!

Okay but overpriced

Hotel breakfast was a highlight, and the hotel was "remodeled" but there are some flaws. Like TV is on side wall and you have to turn your head if you're in bed and the one chair is on same wall as TV. Shower head has really bad pressure. If you try to pay at hotel you'll have a hard time getting a copy of your receipt and charges!!
