Front desk associate was so sweet and helpful. Great location, next to shopping center and frwy. Nice selection of breakfast. cons- I was on a business call in the business center in the lobby and housekeeping (Yazmen) started vacuuming, acknowledged that I was on an important call and continued to vacuum. It continued for the majority of my conversation, she would look up at me and smirk. Needless to say, I had to end the call and head up to my room. Room: Very nice spacious room, great working internet and Wifi. I appreciate that handwash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner is all included. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. con- went to make myself coffee in the Keurig, was disgusted to see sitting water that looked slimy in the machine. needless to say, I did not make myself coffee, luckily they had coffee in the lobby. overall- Hotel and desk associate are excellent. Housekeeping needs to work on their bed side manners and clean the rooms thoroughly.

The only issue I encountered is as I was leaving someone had bled all over the floor and I reported it to the clerk as I was checking out. Aside from that everything was fine, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. It was quiet.

Tornado warnings from 4th Floor

10/24/25 Friday night during the storm, and tornado warnings, we got a text from hotel to come to the Lobby. We were thankful that the hotel staff looked out for our safety. We especially want to shout out to Vee, as she fixed a situation with our door, related to the power outage. She was Knowledgeable, efficient, and kind hearted. Very professional, and made our stay great! We felt very safe Vee, thank you!!

There are two hotels in the area, a LaQuinta & this Holiday Inn Express. The HIE is better. Cleaner, better quality sheets & pillows, better breakfast, etc. It's more expensive, but usually not by much. It's generally worth the added cost. The clerks are friendly, quick at check-in, and always available.

Not the best stay.....

The commode wasnt working correctly and instead of fixing it the maintenanceguy jist jiggled it. I could do that - and had to and wait 5 minutes for the commode to fill every time we wanted to flush. Laziness at 5pm.
